Located high on the cliffs, Onsen Hot Pools offers a high-quality boutique retreat and day spa experience where clients will have exclusive use of a cedar-lined hot pool with changing area and shower, overlooking the Shotover Canyon.

- Open: 9am - 11pm daily
- For evening bookings from sunset the pools are surrounded with Japanese lanterns for a magical experience. Sunset times vary on the time of year.

Shuttle departs/arrives at half past the hour. Pick up and drop off in central Queenstown from bus stop D outside “The Station Building” on Camp Street. No hotel pick up/drop off available. Clients who miss the shuttle must make their own way by taxi or will be charged the cancellation fee.
